What is the process of hiring a band?

Every event is different and each client’s needs should be treated differently. Begin by discussing the type of music you’re looking for, the type of event, the nature of your guests and audience, and your budget. Based on these criteria, we will send you information such as demo CDs, videos, photos, bios, song lists and references on different band options. Most of this information is also available through our website and our YouTube channel. In addition, we will tell you about different events and venues to see the band perform live. We will answer your questions, offer advice, and guide you through the entire process.

Once you’ve decided on a band, your agent will negotiate with the band to get YOU the best price. Once a price is agreed upon, we issue contracts. You will sign and return the contracts along with an advance deposit and advance sheets that will give the band all of the information they will need to perform for you. The artist will now sign and return the completed contract and a copy will be mailed to you. The contract is now complete. Now you can Make a Memory!
