The Altanta Allstars performed at the 2011 Harvest Moon Ball.

**Uptown, downtown, all around**, The Tennessean wrote about the Harvest Festival on October 22,2011. "Shine on, shine on, Harvest Moon ... up in the sky. You know the rest of the old song, don't you? Certainly the beginning of the chorus is appropriate to describe the Harvest Moon Ball, a benefit for Second Harvest Food Bank, for this year's event was certainly a shining one." **Love's in the air** "Turns out that was not the only proposal of the evening. Late Party guest Warren Baker proposed to his sweetheart, Laura Turner, that same evening. I ran into them at the party, and when I found out they had just become engaged, I asked if he was responsible for the fireworks show. He politely said, "Well, no," but there were fireworks nonetheless! Ahhh, young love. You have to hand it to Warren and Laura, however, who came out to support Second Harvest on their big day. That's superb in my book!

Back to the evening. Co-chairs Whitney Daane, Allison DeMarcus and Hugh Howser certainly wanted to ensure that a good time was had by all. They succeeded. From the decor to the entertainment, The Atlanta Allstars, and in between, it was a hit."
