8th Street has quickly established themselves as one of the most entertaining live bands on the southeastern music scene. 8th Street combines amazing showmanship from their dual lead guitar and vocalists with a tight rhythm section, creating an incredibly dynamic live show. 8th street embraces elements from classic rock, Motown, and jam to produce a unique sound that leads to a great party atmosphere, perfect for any fraternity party or sorority party.Frank Burford, Peyton Yarbrough, Chambers Waller, and Caldwell Vaughan formed the band 8th Street in 2009 while attending the University of Alabama. Their first live show was at the famed nightclub Harry’s, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The nightclub was packed to capacity and featured guest stars such as William Waller and Ben Burford (Chevy 6). The success of 8th Street early shows has helped them garner the attention of the local music scene. 8th Street has continued to play throughout Birmingham and Tuscaloosa and they are eager to spread their reach to other cities throughout the Southeast.
