About Rez, The:
The REZ was formed in 2009 in Fairhope, Alabama by Corey Rezner. After two years of playing local gigs, Corey was introduced to Slap Out's Greg Deluca, Ben Leininger and Rick Cucci and later, Carlos Vizoso. With the addition of the Saxophone, they knew it was going to be an amazing band.In June '09 The REZ made their way to a new level of sound and professionalism, playing captivating and interactive live shows at places such asThe Fairhope Pub, McSharry's Irish Pub , Boo Radley's, Corner Bar, The Crooked Martini, The Garage, The Shed, Soul Kitchen, Blue Gill, Flora-Bama, Seville Quarter, Bamboo Willie's, The Electric Cowboy, The Hangout, Bayfest and fraternities and sororities across the south. In 2010 The REZ booked their first wedding reception and has since grown into the ideal band to book for your perfect night of entertainment. This band can play it all-woodstock era, pop, soul-funk, modern rock and hip hop.
The REZ brought the heat on Dauphin Street in Mobile for two years which led them to a great spot at Bayfest 2010. In the summertime The REZ plays on the coast of Alabama and Florida at The Hangout, The Florabama and on the beaches of Destin and Pensacola, Florida. They now frequently travel for weddings and fraternies, as well as play gigs that draw especially great crowds in their hometowns. These Musicians stay active in the local music scene, playing local charity events and sharing the stage with other local artists. The REZ can be heard on 92.1FM The Sound of Mobile 92ZEW and their schedule can be found at www.therezmobile.com. The REZ is the perfect band for your next fraternity or sorority party, birthday party, or wedding reception or to book for your bar or venue.
The REZ will blow you away, as they always do when they show up to drop the funky tunes. A trip - music that makes you think, dance, and feel good all over.

"The REZ's mix of dynamic originals, soulful covers, and Corey's commanding stage presence makes The REZ one of the most explosive and sought after acts on the scene".
Briant Sawyer - Budweiser
“The REZ is an electric combo of what music should be. Powerful and soulful performances dominate their live shows from every member of the band. On top of their well crafted original tunes, their cover of Bill Withers “Use Me” would do ole Bill proud.”
