Superglide formed in January 1998, this power house quintet decided they wanted to give audiences something different, unique and most of all....fun! It’s no wonder why they quickly became one of the Carolinas’ top drawing groups with their unique brand of the hits of the seventies, eighties & today. Take one part dynamic & versatile lead vocalist Joey Bishop, mix that in with the soulful and blues filled guitar of Jeff Jones backed with the driving rhythm section of drummer extraordinaire Mark Hill & the amazing Kenny Sparks on bass musically and you have Superglide. Now take this mixture one step further and add the missing link of Johnny Webb on Hammond B-3, piano, & keyboards combine that with the unmatchable four part harmonies of Mark, Kenny, Johnny & Jeff you now have a combination rarely seen.
