About Hillcrest:
Hillcrest is four musicians spanned from several genres of music. Hillcrest lead guitar player Chris Moody, a native of Nanih Waiya MS now residing in Hattiesburg, sewed his royal oats in Bluegrass and Dixieland under the apprentice ship of legendary banjo player Leroy Ray McGillicuty. Chris Moody is currently a business major at USM and in his spare time mixes his bluegrass picking with the guitar styling of present day party songs. Hillcrest bass player Jason Eaves, also a native of Nahin Waiya, learned the art of country music from his grandpa. His spent countless hours learning and performing Clint Black, Garth Brooks, George Strait, and Merle Haggard. The whole world calls him Hank! Hillcrest singer is a phenomenon! Adam Hollywood McAdory from Louisville MS, has the stage presence of a furious badger. He started playing Spanish/flamenco guitar at the age of 10 after a family trip to San Salvador and developed a liking to the famous guitar player they call Esteban. Last but not least is the drummer Daniel Danny-Boy Vincent. Danny-Boy was greatly influenced by early hip-hop and has an incurable desire to learn the ways of the street. Daniel grew up here in Hattiesburg and is a Music Industry Major at USM. When you put all of these players on stage at the same time, you get the Ultimate Party Band - Hillcrest.Available For:
