Each member of Jet Set String Quartet is very accomplished on his or her instrument and brings a unique element to the quartet’s sound.The ensemble prides itself on professionalism and its members truly enjoy working and playing music together. Musical Repertoire
The string quartet, an ensemble of two violins, a viola and a cello, is considered the premier type of chamber ensemble and possesses the largest repertoire. From music of the Baroque and Classical eras to modern Broadway hits, Jet Set String Quartet can please all discerning listeners. Comprised of some of Nashville’s finest musicians, members of Jet Set String Quartet have a combined 100 years of playing and performance experience. Pop tunes, jazz standards, Celtic fiddle tunes, and show-tunes: Since violin and cello duet music use very different arrangements from our usual Jet Set String Quartet repertoire, sheet music must be ordered and arrangements must be written upon request at our expense. We are happy to accommodate any requests that you might have, but we carry a limited amount of superfluous sheet music on hand to keep our costs low. Please feel free to talk to us about any requests that you might have that go outside of the usual classical wedding standards. We want to provide the best soundtrack possible for your very special event.
